Mission
to-markdown.ai is pre-launch, founder-led, running paid pilots with Series A to B scaleups. We convert people, process, data, and strategy into markdown skills any AI can use. You will own skill quality: measure it, improve the process behind it, and extend it into new field types as we grow. You work close to real customers and close the loop fast.
Responsibilities
Benchmarking: build evals and benchmarks to score skill quality and catch regressions before customers do.
Process review: audit the skill.md creation process end to end and improve it step by step.
New fields: design and implement new markdown field types (process, data, strategy) beyond people.
Client integration: run calls with clients, fit our skills into their existing process, report what breaks.
Requirements
Reflection, not code: no ML or engineering experience required. Structured thinking and good judgment are the job.
State of the art tools: comfortable using current AI tools to do the work, self-taught is fine.
Autonomous: you scope, prioritize, and ship without being managed.
Creative and client-ready: you find better ways to do things, and you can run an integration call with a founder.
